provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or
disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in subdivisions (c)(1) and (2)
of the Commercial Computer Program-Restricted Rights
clause at 48 C.F.R. ? 52.227-19, or in subdivision
(c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software at 48 C.F.R.? 252.227-7013, as applicable.

Attorney's fees

Survival

"Limitation of Liability," "Indemnification," "Choice of
