Shipping & Return Policy

 
Shipping
We ship Worldwide and all orders via U.S.P.S. Prioryty Mail or U.S.P.S. Prioryty Mail International.

We ship same day of your order Monday through Saturday.

International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped by U.S.P.S. (Post Office) Priority Mail International and it will takes
6-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order shipped, we will email you with a Tracking Number. You may use this tracking number to track your order at www.usps.com.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery and return to us, the customer will be responsible to delivery another address.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Return Policy
We hope that you never find the need to return an item to us. However, if you do, please refer to the following policy regarding returns. If you feel that your situation is not adequately addressed by the below policy, please contact us.

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided you contact us first for authorization.
Orders that are returned without prior approval, or that are refused at delivery will be subject to a $10 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater).

If the product is defective, or if we(4stroller.com) has made an error on your order:
Please contact us first and tell us what the problem is. If the problem requires return of the merchandise we will pay for return shipping.

If you change your mind on the product:
We will accept the return and credit your card for the purchase price of the merchandise, but shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. 4stroller.com cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

In all instances merchandise must be in original condition and unopened (except in the case of defective items where merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging). Any merchandise that is returned without all materials and in original condition may not be accepted for return and/or be subject to a restocking or replacement fee to be determined on a case by case basis. 4stroller.com will not pay return shipping for items that are not accepted for return. Please let us know beforehand if you intend to return an item that is not complete, prior to shipping it.
